The Clear the Way Program  is whole-body approach to healing through gradual, holistic lifestyle change. This puts you back on the path to vibrant health. The eating plan is a low stress, cleansing and regenerative plan to supply maximum energy with a minimum amount of digestive work.

The 8 pathways of detoxification that we focus on in The Clear the Way Program are based on the Sanoviv Medical Institute  guidelines and are: liver, skin, colon, lymphatic, kidney, lungs, energetic detox and emotional detox.

Lifestyle Recommendations

All of the educational topics in The Clear the Way Program are based on a whole-body approach to healing and are designed to help lower the toxic load to aid in healing. The focus is the combined effect of detoxifying and replenishing your system to restore vitality.

Food Plan, Recipes And Shopping List

Recipes listed are simply examples and can be adapted to your individual needs. They are not a prescriptive diet. The shopping list is also an example. The meals are free of gluten, dairy, sugar, caffeine and alcohol. They are also low-glycemic.
