love vegetablesThe Sugar Buster Program is designed to be a lifestyle, not a diet and here are the 10 “undiet” principles it is based on:

  1.  Do not skip meals.
  2. Eat protein with every meal.
  3. Have your breakfast within 1 hour of rising.
  4. Do not undereat.
  5. Eat every 2 -3 hours.
  6. Eat unlimited amounts of green vegetables.
  7. Eat protein and good quality carbs as snacks.
  8. Stop counting calories.
  9. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
  10. Stop eating at 7pm at night.
